1.      Educational talk on organic farming 有機種植法講解

Come and feel for yourself a meaningful and funful educational tour on organic farming!

2.      Guided tour 導賞團

Please be prepared to take a walk around our 2.5 acres land, sounds daunting?
No, on the contrary, you will feel so refreshed in the nature. Plus, you will learn to recognize the
different plants, and to know the seasonal crops. A friendly tip: eat seasonal crops only!

3. Harvest 收成

Hand-pick your own choice of the day's harvest.
The fresh produce is on sale at farm prices.

4. Workshop工作坊

Experience the life of an organic farmer. Learn more
about growing vegetable organically with hands-on experience.
Acquire the skills to set up your own organic garden.

5. Shop at the Herbs Garden 香草選購

If you only want to do a smaller version of organic farming than buying
a whole new backyard, there are potted herbs on sale in our herbs garden. You can pick the herb of your choice. Many of them are easy to grow.
Farmer Fai will give you all the tips in taking care of them.

如果您想嘗試有機種植，其實可選擇購買香草盆栽。
它們較易種植，但當然要在不同季節選購適合的香草，
若有不明白的地方，可以向阿輝請教。

6. Animal feeding and Fishing 餵飼動物和釣魚

Kids love this part. Even if you do not think you are a kid anymore, roll up your trousers, sit outside the cottage by the pond, enjoy the breeze and the view and you will feel young at heart and exhilarated again.

這是最受小朋友歡迎的環節，當然大人也樂在其中。
如 您不喜歡釣魚或餵飼的話，在池塘邊欣賞周邊的美景，
感受一下微風輕吹也很不錯哩。

7. Tea or Brunch at the Cottage 塘邊午餐

Relax and enjoy our country cooking, a true taste and
feel of “from garden to table" We only serve organic
food and beverage.
